A class that supports women who are on a journey toward trying to have a baby. A specialized yoga practice that is safe and supports any protocol treatments suggested by your doctor.

Baby and Me & Toddler and Me
Offers new mothers a space to revive their yoga practice while still attending to their baby’s needs. These classes are uniquely geared toward the mothers. They are designed to support them in regaining strength and flexibility, and to nurture the vitality and equanimity they need to meet the challenges of parenting.

Kids Yoga
In the engaging and nurturing environment of a Two Hearts Yoga class, children learn to develop a command an awareness of their own bodies through conscious breathing playful yoga, fun games and soothing relaxation and visualization.
