Georgina O’Farrill
After years of dedicated yoga practice, Georgina O'Farrill found her true calling in supporting mothers through their pregnancy and parenthood journeys. With extensive training from renowned teachers including Maty Ezraty, Lisa Walford, Naime Jezeny, Sue Elkind, and Noah Maze, Georgina brings deep wisdom and a heartfelt approach to her teaching. Since founding Two Hearts Yoga in 2008, she's created more than just a yoga studio – she's nurtured a thriving community where mothers connect, grow, and support each other.
Georgina's teaching philosophy threads together physical wellness and emotional support, understanding that pregnancy and early motherhood need both in equal measure. Her classes focus on building strength, flexibility, and breath awareness, while creating space for the real moments of motherhood – from mid-class feeding breaks and diaper changes, to celebrating birth announcements. Beyond the mat, she's expanded Two Hearts to include essential resources for the entire parenthood journey, from prenatal workshops to her unique Aqua Mamas water aerobics classes held in her private heated saline pool.
What truly sets Georgina apart is her passionate belief in the power of community and her commitment to meeting mothers where they are. Whether teaching in her intimate home studio, under the open sky in her backyard sanctuary, or at Sherman Oaks' What a Babe studio, she brings warmth, wisdom, and a touch of humor to every session. As she often says, having a baby is a tremendous joy, but it can also be lonely – and that's why she's dedicated herself to creating spaces where lasting friendships bloom alongside growing families.
